This pandemic has been difficult for me, but for refugees, who have already lost everything, it's a nightmare.
Run for Hope. Run for Life. Run4Refugees.
I care deeply about refugees and want to help those who have been forced to flee their homes. Refugees were already living a nightmare; and now, as a result of the pandemic, many more will face devastating hunger.
I will journey in solidarity with those who travel long distances to find safety. From Sept 27-Oct 3, I will be making the #Run4Refugees Challenge. I plan to run 50 miles in one week, raise money and save lives.
Donate to support me and together we will provide emergency food and lifesaving support to the people that need it most.

First photo was 2014 at the CWS Durham 5k run where refugees and friends ran together and encouraged each other. With Covid we can’t run together physically but we can be in solidarity. I’m taking the #run4refugees challenge and attempting to run 50miles in one week.
